Our aim is to make you happy. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return an item. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Our Commitment:

We are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met: 

  • The item(s) must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice, must be provided.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons and other considerations, the following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Custom-designed or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team: Email us at info@firenglass.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.  
  3. Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible, along with all original tags and any accompanying accessories. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. 

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days. 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once your return is received and processed, we will ship out the requested exchange item. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
